Sivananda Yoga Teacher in west yorkshire offering start up classes
Sivananda yoga is a lifestyle choice not just a physical exercise routine. Unlike a lot of yoga practices here in the UK, the Sivananda Yoga uses Hatha Yoga following a specific routine directly linked to the Sivananda lineage, of traditional Indian heritage. This entails more rest periods between poses and some chanting - both these elements encourage the mind to become fully engaged in the yoga exercises. See website link below for further information. Initial Start Up classes consisting of 4 weekly sessions as a taster - cost £36 to be booked & paid in advance
Home Start Up classes for individuals £20 each person plus travel expenses/70p per mile - to be paid in advance in blocks of 4
Mixed ability classes also available - cost £36 per month or £10 per session pay as you go.
